Using this website
This website describes the painting and coating services of Affordable Custom Services in the Sarasota, Florida area. By using it you agree to these terms.
Information on this site
Articles, guides and the repaint timer are general information based on our experience with homes in this climate. They are not a quote and not a promise about any particular property. Every job is priced after a walk-through and confirmed in a written quote.
Quotes and work
Work is governed by the written quote or agreement you accept for your job, not by this website. Colors on screen vary by device, so final colors are chosen from physical samples.
Calls during busy weeks
We paint jobs with our own crews. When every crew is booked, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local painter so you are not left waiting. Any work arranged that way is between you and that painter.
Content and links

Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Questions about them can be raised by calling the office. Last updated October 16, 2026.
