A Sarasota painting company that answers its own phone

We started with a simple idea: the people who quote a paint job should be the same people who show up to do it, and the phone should get answered when a customer calls.

How we work

Every job starts with a walk-through. We look at the surfaces, test the old paint, check for soft wood and moisture, and listen to what you want the finished room or house to feel like. The quote that follows is written in plain language and lists each surface, the repairs, the products and how many coats go on.

The crew that arrives on the first morning is our crew. They protect floors, plants and furniture before anything is opened, they keep the site tidy at the end of each day, and the crew lead is your contact for anything that comes up while the work is underway.

Two offices, short drives

Our main office is on Fruitville Road in downtown Sarasota. It serves the city neighborhoods, Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key and the Manatee County side: Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto, Parrish and University Park.

The Venice office on Croton Drive keeps south county close: Venice, Nokomis, Osprey, Englewood, North Port and Port Charlotte. Splitting the area this way means crews spend their mornings painting rather than sitting in traffic on I-75.

Painting for this climate

Florida is hard on paint. UV breaks down binders, salt air settles on every surface near the water, and summer storms test every crack and seam. We choose primers, caulks and finish coats for those conditions, and we schedule exterior coats around the weather instead of hoping it holds.

That same attention goes indoors. Air conditioning, humidity swings and seasonal closures all affect how interior paint cures, so we plan dry times and ventilation around how the house is actually used.

In short

Our crews do the painting. Forwarding only happens when every crew is booked.

About busy weeks

Our crews paint every job we take on. During the busiest stretch of the season, if every crew is already committed and a caller needs work started sooner than we can manage, the call may be passed to another trusted local painter so nobody is left waiting. Whenever we can do the work ourselves, we do.
